Tax Information

Early Education and Care, Inc. is registered in Florida as a nonprofit organization. It is a public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and exempt from Florida sales and use tax under Chapter 212, Florida Statutes.

GuideStar is an organization that provides information on thousands of charitable organizations for information-seeking philanthropic investors. It allows users to verify a non-profit’s legitimacy, learn whether a contribution will be tax deductible, view a non-profit's recent Forms 990 or find out more about its mission, programs and finances. Privacy Policy for Donors

EEC is committed to respecting the personal information of our generous donors. A donor's right to confidentiality is highly regarded within the organization.

Once submission for an event sponsorship, volunteer inquiry or other activity/program/service has been received, EEC saves your name, business name (if applicable), address and any other information provided in a secure database. Our organization does not rent, sell or trade your personal information; it is only used by EEC to inform you about programs, services, activities, special events, volunteer opportunities or funding needs.
Sponsor and donor acknowledgement is located under the Community Support section of the EEC website, unless the donor has requested to remain anonymous.
